Carolina SeniorCare is a non-profit provider of PACE services sponsored by EveryAge, a Newton, NC-based, not-for-profit ministry offering senior housing and services for over 45 years.
Carolina SeniorCare participants are approved to participate in Medicare and Medicaid. The Carolina SeniorCare PACE Center is located at 802 Center Street, Lexington, NC.

Carolina SeniorCare is proud to offer this service to the community. This model of healthcare has been in existence for over 35 years throughout the United States. The program focuses on prevention and wellness with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families through care and support.
Carolina SeniorCare’s Vision
Carolina SeniorCare serves frail seniors who live in Davidson, Davie, Iredell, and Rowan counties. Carolina SeniorCare empowers participants to remain in their homes by providing comprehensive medical, preventative and social services. The program aims to enhance the quality of life of its members, offers peace of mind to caregivers and takes on the burden of coordinating needed medical and supportive services.
